EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Small Syslog Server shareware software. The author does not assume and does not imply any warranty.
2. The author assumes no responsibility for any loss of data, damage, loss of profit or any other loss occurring during the use or misuse of this software. You use this software at your own risk.
3. Prohibited without the written permission of the author, use it for commercial purposes: to sell copies of the program, to levy any fee for the use, place on a commercial CD-ROM compilations, etc. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this Agreement and may be prosecuted the law.
4. All rights are not specified in this EULA are reserved by the author. The author reserves the right to change the distribution terms for this software product and license agreement.
5. Copyright Small Syslog Server has only author - Kurkov Sergei.
6. Installing and using Small Syslog Server constitutes acceptance of the terms of this license agreement.
7. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should immediately cease use of this software and delete all copies of the Small Syslog Server with your storage devices.
